چکیده
The technology of drug delivery has become massively competitive and quickly growing. Enhancing efficacy is the primary objective system development, hence cost-effectiveness treatment.
Nevertheless, controlling rate active pharmaceutical moieties to a target site within body been one major obstacles confronted by industry. Microsponge represents considered promising innovation that overcomes different challenges, since, this dosage form provides in timely manner, addition responding stimuli (pressure, temperature, pH). proposed capturing into tiny spongy spheres thus, donating towards reducing side effects, improving stability, increasing elegance, enhancing formulation flexibility. goal behind contribution cover microsponge as successful innovation, summarizing characteristics, advantages, limitations with certain insight mechanism factors triggering release. Furthermore, shed light on methodology preparation.

Au Nanoparticle Loaded with 6-Thioguanine Anticancer Drug as a New Strategy for Drug Delivery
In this study we suggested a new strategy for drug delivery of 6-thioguanine (6-TG) as a cancer drug by loading of this thiolic drug at a surface of Au nanoparticles. For this goal, we synthesized Au nanoparticle (Au/NPs) by reduction of tetrachloroauric (III) acid solutions by sodium borohydride and characterized Au/NPs by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), dynamic light scattering (DLS), Ultravi...
متن کاملVincristine loaded niosomes as an effective drug delivery system for lymphoma
Aim and Background: Vincristine is a herbal anticancer drug which is used to treat a wide range of cancers such as lymphoma. Niosomes are important drug carriers. The aim of this study was to prepare PEGylated niosomal form of vincristine in order to increase its efficacy in lymph nodes’ cancer. Material and Methods: PEGylated niosomal vincristine (PEG-nVCR) was prepared by thin film hydrat...
متن کاملFormulation and Evaluation of Microsponge Drug Delivery System Using Indomethacin
In the present study controlled release formulation of Indomethacin microsponges were prepared by using Eudragit RS 100, pH independent release retardant polymer and PVA, stabilizer or emulsifier. Microsponges were prepared by Quasi emulsion solvent diffusion method by changing drug polymer ratio (3:1, 4:1, 5:1) and process was optimized. Microsponges were evaluated by micromeritic properties, ...
متن کاملAn Overview on Microsponge Delivery System
Microsponge were prepared by liquid-liquid suspension polymerization of styrene and methyl methacrylate. Microsponges were dispersed in gel prepared by using carbopol 940 and evaluated for drug release using Franz diffusion cell. Free flowing powder with size distribution 30 to 107 μm was obtained. The average drug release from the gels containing microspongic fluconazole was 67.81% in 12 h. dr...
متن کاملPhytosome: Drug Delivery System for Polyphenolic Phytoconstituents
Several plant extracts and phytoconstituents, despite having excellent bioactivity in vitro, demonstrate less or no in vivo actions due to their poor lipid solubility or improper molecular size or destruction in gut. Drug delivery system for polyphenolic phytoconstituents (phytosomes) was prepared by complexing polyphenolic phytoconstituents with phospholipid mainly phosphatidylcholine wh...
